The Executive Committee provides leadership, makes decisions and supports projects related to the Collaborative.


The Neonatal Subcommittee works to reduce infant mortality and morbidity through partnership with Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) and health care practitioners throughout the state of Texas.


The Obstetrics Subcommittee aims to improve the quality of maternal-fetal care through the design of quality improvement projects and partnership with obstetric (OB) care providers for implementation.

Community Health

The Community Health Subcommittee works to improve the health of Texas mothers and babies through awareness, education, and services at the community level.


The Data Subcommittee will create the data infrastructure and relations with hospitals to support and drive quality improvement projects.
